DELIVERY TERMS

We ship your orders on the same day so they reach our beloved customers on time.

You will receive order tracking details shortly after the order is placed via email as well as SMS on your phone.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:
In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 5–7 days. Delivery may take more or less time in rare cases depending on accessibility of the location, time of the year, as well as any external uncontrollable factors impacting a region.

Delivery Time for International Orders:
Orders shipped overseas generally take 7–12 days, depending upon accessibility of the country and your location within the country.

Change of Delivery Address / Contact Details:
For any change requests regarding delivery address or contact information, please share the relevant details via email at sakshe.studio@gmail.com. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the same.

Expedite / Urgent Delivery Request:
For urgent or expedited delivery requests, please reach out to us at sakshe.studio@gmail.com. We will try our best to ensure delivery within your preferred time frame. This is applicable for urgent occasions or special events.

Delivery Time Exceeded:
We are committed to delivering your orders on time and will try our best to ship them as promised. However, we use third-party delivery partners and are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over. In case of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Orders:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India.

International Orders:
Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Payment for shipping charges will be collected at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind after placing an order, we may not be able to cancel it. However, please reach out to us via email, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, in rare cases, there may be discrepancies and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order. In such cases, we will contact you to understand your preference and assist you accordingly.

DUTIES & TAXES

Goods and Service Tax (GST):
GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products.

Import Duties & Taxes:
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary from country to country, and Sakshe Studio encourages you to be aware of these costs before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, Sakshe Studio will not be responsible for non-delivery of the order and will not be able to provide further support.
